Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

The terms and conditions on this site only apply to standard purchases of products or services and do not include purchases where payment is or was disputed, fraudulently made, or partially refunded by any means.

Business, government, non-profit and other end users may have a varying contract or agreement detailing the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and/or refunds. In the instance that this contract exists it supersedes any terms and conditions outlined on this site.

Returns & Exchanges at a Retail Store
  • We provide 30 days from your original purchase for returns or exchanges of our products, video games must have original store or factory seal.
  • All original accessories, parts, manuals, packaging or other inclusions with a purchase must be returned to receive a refund
  • All exchanges must be within the return period
  • All purchases must be verified by receipt
    • A receipt must be provided for cash or check purchases
    • Credit card purchases can be located by providing the exact card used at time of purchase
    • In some instances purchases may also be verified if customer details were required (e.g.: custom orders or repair services)
  • Mobile devices, including phones and tablets, and game consoles:
    • Are subject to a 15% restocking fee
    • These items must be in the same condition as originally purchased
    • Any included accessories, manufacturer packaging or materials must be also be returned
    • Apple devices must be signed out of "iCloud" with "Find my iPhone" turned off
    • Android devices must be hard reset and have any potential hardware, software or firmware locks removed
    • All items must be hard reset and have an ESN or serial status that is free and clear of an account, suspension, fraud, non-payment, insurance claim or lost/stolen claim. Items must contain the normal manufacturer software, hardware and firmware and may not be returned if altered.
  • You agree that receiving a refund, in full or partial, may void any warranty and disqualify a product from return or exchange
  • By returning a product that was part of a promotional offer you will lose the promotional offer and this will be subtracted from the refund
    • Example: Purchasing a case with a phone and receiving a discount off of the case, if you return the phone the discount received on the case will be subtracted from the refund.
Refund Processing
  • Cash purchases will be refunded by cash if processed the same day the purchase is made.
  • Cash purchases returned past the first day are subject to available cash on hand.
  • Check purchases will be refunded according to the following:
    • The check has cleared and at least 8 business days have passed since the purchase, the check may be refunded by cash if available
    • The original purchase was made less than 8 business days ago, the check will be refunded by cash after the 8 business day time frame or a check can be mailed to you after the 8 business day time frame.
    • A same day return with payment made by check can be voided and the check returned prior to depositing.
  • Credit card, purchasing card, and debit card purchases are refunded immediately through our payment processor.
    • The payment processor normally processes the refund request within 1 hour, however, your issuing financial institution may take an average of 3-5 business days to issue the funds back to your account.
    • Once a refund is issued by this method it cannot be voided, cancelled, reversed or altered.
    • Ewirelessgear and the payment processor used are not liable for any funds delayed, improperly returned, or other issues once the refund successfully clears our payment processor.
