Product and Service Warranties
If you have any additional questions or feel your product should be under warranty still please contact your local store manager.

The terms and conditions on this site only apply to standard purchases of products or services and do not include purchases where payment is or was disputed, fraudulently made, or partially refunded by any means. Additionally, end users may agree to a different warranty length and this would be in affect after both parties, the end user and a representative of Ewirelessgear, agree or the end user has completed payment for an extended warranty.

Business, government, non-profit and other end users may have a varying contract or agreement detailing the terms and conditions of warranties. In the instance that this contract exists it supersedes any terms and conditions outlined on this site.

Mobile Devices and Game Consoles Purchased at a Retail Store
  • Mobile devices, including phones and tablets, and game consoles purchased at a retail location carry a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer or refurbished defects.
  • Defects include:
    • Malfunctions caused by a part used under standard manufacturer specifications
    • A defect or damage caused by refurbishing
    • Any official product recall issued by the manufacturer of the device (including any time past the warranty)
  • Common defects NOT covered by the warranty:
    • Any liquid exposure to non-waterproof components
    • Damage caused by drops or improper use
    • Extreme exposure to heat or cold as specified by the manufacturer (e.g.: leaving device in a hot car)
    • An issue, glitch or other unexpected performance caused by a manufacturer's update to a device (firmware, hardware or software)
    • An end user who attempts to alter, bypass, or have any unintended effect to manufacturer approved hardware, firmware or software
Repair Services Rendered at a Retail Store
Our Commitment: A repair specialist will professionally repair and service your device. The specialist will test all standard functions on your device including any new parts installed.
  • All parts installed by Ewirelessgear have a 1 year warranty including labor. This warranty covers all standard defects on parts replaced.
  • Defects include:
    • Malfunctions caused by a part used under standard manufacturer specifications
    • A defect or damage caused by refurbishing or repair of a device by Ewirelessgear
    • Any official product recall issued by the manufacturer (including any time past the warranty)
  • This warranty is void if parts are physically damaged, exposed to liquid, not used or maintained according to standard manufacturer specifications, or if payment is or was disputed, fraudulently made, not made in full, or partially refunded by any means.
Repair Part Only Purchases at a Retail Store
  • Some parts are available to purchase as parts only; these carry a 30 day warranty and exchange policy and must be in new, unused condition or have a verified manufacturer defect.
  • Parts cannot be returned after installation, misuse or damage.
  • No part only purchase warranty includes labor or time invested in repairs.
Product Purchases: Cell Phone or Tablet Accessory, Video Games, or Gaming Accessories
  • Unless otherwise specified, we provide a 30 day warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
  • Product warranties are for an exchange to an identical product, see our return policy if you would like to return the product.
  • Some manufacturers offer additional warranties, these claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
